i was trying to do a 365 self portrait series... but my attention span parallels that of a chipmunk. i have made about 8 or so i think since this.

milan iron works

I was in Milan a couple of years ago for work - there were so many little iron covers on the roads and sidewalks - my mission was to photograph them all - all i could. i just recently started cropping them out and working on them for flickr additions.

there is something captivating about the textures and icons.

when i was doing laundry - i took a couple of shots and this was the best.. color corrected in photoshop a bit and viola :) it's an ok shot.

there are soooo many amazing photographers on flickr. i can't keep up. they inspire me to make better photos. they move me to take more photos. they make me compare my work and examine it to see how i can improve it.
